My experience has been incredibly frustrating. I initially signed up for a subscription service, but after my card expired, they refused to assist me over the phone for payments. They insisted on outdated methods, like mailing my card information, which I was uncomfortable doing. Despite updating my card, they continued to deduct payments without resolving the issue of the missed charge. After many attempts, I received a collection notice, but the collection agency couldn't help and directed me back to the company. I tried reaching out through various channels, but they all said they wouldn’t take payments over the phone. After finally managing to send a check, it never cleared, leading to more collection letters. I then paid the collection agency, only to be told I shouldn't have done that. The representative I spoke with was unhelpful and contradictory. They claimed I had a credit, but I never saw it in my account. My subscription wasn’t canceled as it should have been, and now I’m facing another charge. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone, as their online chat disconnects, and phone support is nearly impossible to reach.
Online ordering is Very Easy. However, I just order the items, and at least one of them will not be ready for shipping until December 12, 2025. So, I am not now able to comment on the quality of the items I ordered. But based on my past experiences with The Hamilton Collection I am confident that when the items do arrive, I will find they meet my every expectation.
