They took my money and never produced a single doll. I had direct email communication and ordered 100-200 dolls, paying $125 for a sample doll on October 9. Now it's December, and I have received no proof of any work on my order, and communication has ceased. Thankfully, I only lost the sample cost and didn't pay for a full order. Update: I was contacted around Christmas and asked to wait until the new year for my order to start. I requested a refund instead, but have yet to receive any money back.
This is my second order, and I can confidently say that the plush is truly worth every penny, if not more. I first discovered the service through friends who had purchased their own custom plushies, and I decided to try it out. The turnaround time for the plush creation was impressive, and the delivery was perfect, especially given my tight Christmas schedule! I'm now eagerly awaiting my third plush and can't wait to place more orders in the future!

I reached out via email to inquire if they could deliver a plush before my child's birthday (25 days from the email date). I was assured it could happen with expedited production and shipping. However, I later found out the turnaround time was 3 to 4 weeks, plus shipping. I paid for expedited options, but the plush didn't arrive in time. I had to scramble for another gift last minute. They also ignored my emails about the delay and refund request. When the plush finally arrived, it looked unfinished and poorly made. I do not recommend this service.
