Attacked by a member of Staff.My partner went to Hamleys toy store in Westfield, checked if it was okay to use a gift card that our 9 year old daughter was given and the staff confirmed it was.On building a bear and going to the counter my partner was advised that the card was not valid in Hamleys.My partner explained that the other staff members had checked and it was okay.The member of staff then jumped the counter, attacked both my partner, also knocking her elderly mum over and through the display.My 9 year old daughter was left having a panic attack, partner has had to go to hospital for injuries to knee and also wrist.Have been unable to get hold of Hamleys by phone despite trying over 20 times and have not received any feedback to either emails or subject data request.The member of staff was arrested and taken by police- the matter is awaiting to go to court.
