The car was in pristine condition and had a full service history available. Although the company typically doesn’t service vehicles before sale, the one I looked at had a recent MOT. That said, they were short-staffed the week before Christmas, with only one sales rep available, making him hard to reach by phone. However, he managed the situation well. My transaction was completed within a business day, with most paperwork done in just over fifteen minutes. My bank was initially concerned about the company's policy of accepting only bank transfers, which triggered a fraud alert, but they quickly verified the transaction's legitimacy. Assuming the car runs well for some time, I will be very satisfied with this experience.
