A truly caring company! When there was a problem with one of their suppliers, I was informed that they would replace my hamper with a more expensive one to make up the ‘damage’ so to speak. At the same time my brother was contacted and asked what he would like instead.. Very quickly it was decided and it turned out to be a much better choice than my own! My brother was very impressed “Amazing whiskey! 10 years old!”he exclaimed. I’ve been with this company for over a decade.
