I placed an order on 13th December for a holiday surprise for my family. Unfortunately, the hamper never showed up; the courier has confirmed it is lost, and the support team is ignoring my emails about a refund. This has been the most frustrating experience with any service in recent years—avoid this at all costs! Not only was my holiday gift ruined, but now I have to spend time trying to get my money back. 😰
I have relied on hampers as Christmas gifts for many years, but this year I chose to go with this service. I must say, the hampers were exactly what I wanted, and the service exceeded my expectations. When I first reached out via email, I was assisted by a representative who responded immediately. When one of my hampers went missing, they quickly resolved the issue, and I received the replacement the very next day!

I ordered three hampers; one arrived as expected, but the ‘sack hamper’ was just a sack. Additionally, the afternoon tea included items that were set to expire within two days, and while there was cream in the hamper, it wasn't delivered in a refrigerated manner. The first representative I spoke to was quite rude, and the second offered a partial refund. However, they insisted that it's normal to buy a hamper, gift it the next day, and consume it on the same day. I won't be ordering from this service again.
I have ordered from a certain service several times. This year's chosen hamper was supposed to contain 8 items, but it arrived with only 6, missing two items. I have a delivery photo as evidence. With my extensive business experience, I can say this is not a proper way to operate.
