I ordered three hampers; one arrived as expected, but the ‘sack hamper’ was just a sack. Additionally, the afternoon tea included items that were set to expire within two days, and while there was cream in the hamper, it wasn't delivered in a refrigerated manner. The first representative I spoke to was quite rude, and the second offered a partial refund. However, they insisted that it's normal to buy a hamper, gift it the next day, and consume it on the same day. I won't be ordering from this service again.
