I informed the recipient about the gift, but it never arrived, leaving me embarrassed. Now it's late Monday afternoon, December 8th, and my order is still with the courier. I’ve emailed multiple times with no response, and my phone calls have gone unanswered. This situation is infuriating, especially considering the order cost over $100. I will be reporting them for misleading advertising about delivery. I just want my order fulfilled, and I believe I deserve a discount or a full refund due to the stress and delays. It seems the blame lies with the courier, but as the paying customer, the responsibility falls on this service. They need to reconsider their partnerships and update their website to reflect accurate delivery times.
