Significant delay and lack of communication

The parcel is now a week overdue. I called and was informed it would arrive by 6pm on the specified date. I have emailed with no reply. When I contacted the delivery service for the tracking number, they indicated they haven't received the parcel. I've requested a refund and proof of delivery, but all I've encountered is frustration.

Disappointing experience with the service

I’m sharing my experience as it has been incredibly disappointing. I placed my order on Sunday, but it didn't arrive until Wednesday, and that was only after I had to reach out to find out what happened. For a service focused on gifts, I expected much better efficiency. To make things worse, I utilized their holiday promotion, but the item was missing from my order. If they were out of stock, they should have informed me instead of leaving me in the dark. I've emailed them twice seeking resolution, but I've received no response. Overall, the gifts are overpriced for what you receive. The items are small and the value is lacking. With the late delivery, missing items, and lack of customer support, I won't be returning. I recommend saving your money and looking elsewhere.

The delivery address was empty during the delivery attempt. I requested that the hamper be sent directly to the sender, who would then reach out to the recipient. However, I have not heard back from them, despite calling for assistance. They have kept the payment for the hamper, but I never received it!

For a gift service, one would expect better efficiency. To add to the frustration, I used their holiday promotion, but the item was missing from the package. If they were out of stock, they should have notified me instead of ignoring the issue. I've emailed them twice for assistance, but there has been no reply. Overall, the hampers are also overpriced for their contents. The items are small and not worth the price. With the late delivery, missing items, and poor customer service, I won't be returning. Felt like a major scam

I wish I could give negative stars. Words can't express how terrible my experience was. It felt like being part of a well-orchestrated scam. No delivery, no answers, and no recourse. Stay far away from this service. Be prepared to lose your money and receive nothing.

False promises and no response

I ordered a hamper on December 4th and requested express delivery, as their website clearly advertised next-day delivery across the country. I informed the recipient about the gift, but it never arrived, leaving me embarrassed. Now it's late Monday afternoon, December 8th, and my order is still with the courier. I’ve emailed multiple times with no response, and my phone calls have gone unanswered. This situation is infuriating, especially considering the order cost over $100. I will be reporting them for misleading advertising about delivery. I just want my order fulfilled, and I believe I deserve a discount or a full refund due to the stress and delays. It seems the blame lies with the courier, but as the paying customer, the responsibility falls on this service. They need to reconsider their partnerships and update their website to reflect accurate delivery times.
