The parcel is now a week overdue. I called and was informed it would arrive by 6pm on the specified date. I have emailed with no reply. When I contacted the delivery service for the tracking number, they indicated they haven't received the parcel. I've requested a refund and proof of delivery, but all I've encountered is frustration.

Overall, the gifts are overpriced for what you receive. The items are small and the value is lacking. With the late delivery, missing items, and lack of customer support, I won't be returning. I recommend saving your money and looking elsewhere.
The delivery address was empty during the delivery attempt. I requested that the hamper be sent directly to the sender, who would then reach out to the recipient. However, I have not heard back from them, despite calling for assistance. They have kept the payment for the hamper, but I never received it!
