Just two days before the event, I had a potential buyer, but when I contacted the representative, I was told to have them register for the auction. Afterward, the buyer informed me that my vehicle wasn’t listed. I tried reaching out multiple times, but the representative didn’t respond, and even his office couldn’t provide any assistance. After waiting, I finally heard back, only to be told I could retrieve my car because it hadn't been sold. The lack of communication and service was completely unacceptable.
