The team provided excellent support in my car purchase, which I found advertised elsewhere. One representative went above and beyond to assist with the paperwork, while another was outstanding in arranging videos and transportation.
I had my vehicle listed for a while but it didn't sell. I received several emails and calls from a representative trying to convince me to auction my car. After some consideration, I agreed and opted for a reserve price, paying the fees. I delivered the car and shortly after, I was informed that the representative was new and suggested lowering the reserve price. I was assured I could reach out with any questions, but my attempts to contact the previous representatives went unanswered. The day before the auction, another representative suggested removing the reserve to facilitate the sale. I agreed, and the car sold, but I received no call to confirm the sale. When I contacted the office, I learned the sale price but was surprised to find I received £300 less than expected. In total, the service took £600 for selling my car. This experience was highly disappointing, and I would not recommend them. I gave 1 star for the office staff member.

I received no responses to my calls, emails, or texts regarding the situation. This feels like a complete scam! I highly recommend avoiding this service. It's unfortunate that some sellers misplace blame on auction houses when their unrealistic expectations aren't met, but the truth is that auction fees are directly linked to the seller's success. It's always in the auctioneer's interest to maximize your returns, whether it’s this auction house or others. Being located in the North, I consistently choose this auction house. In my view, they are the leading force in this region.

After a long wait, I finally heard back, only to be told that my vehicle wasn’t sold and I could retrieve it. The lack of communication and professionalism is incredibly frustrating, especially given the value of my car. I am thoroughly disappointed with their service.

After several calls, I learned that it’s the company’s policy to send the V5 directly to the registration authority without informing the buyer. This leaves me unable to register or tax the vehicle, rendering it useless. I have concerns about what would happen if the vehicle was bought for someone else. Additionally, I received no proof of ownership. I am very dissatisfied with this auction house and believe they should cover my transportation costs due to their flawed procedures.
Don't waste your time with this service. Sharing your details results in constant spam via texts and calls! They attempt to sell your car through questionable methods rather than just auctioning it. I only made an inquiry about selling my spouse's vehicle, and now I’m inundated with spam messages. This negative feedback stems from my experience with their relentless communication. If they wish to avoid poor reviews, they should stop spamming potential clients and selling their information to third parties.
