I successfully won the auction and collected my vehicle but was given inadequate paperwork. Upon reviewing the documents at home, I discovered the V5 was missing. After several calls, I learned that it’s the company’s policy to send the V5 directly to the registration authority without informing the buyer. This leaves me unable to register or tax the vehicle, rendering it useless. I have concerns about what would happen if the vehicle was bought for someone else. Additionally, I received no proof of ownership. I am very dissatisfied with this auction house and believe they should cover my transportation costs due to their flawed procedures.
