They assured me my car would be placed in their auction. However, after I paid the fee for placement, they stopped all communication. My car was never promoted at this so-called auction. I received no responses to my calls, emails, or texts regarding the situation. This feels like a complete scam! I highly recommend avoiding this service. I've learned that this auction has a reputation for questionable practices in the industry.
