I ordered a coat for my son after finding the company's website without checking any reviews beforehand. Upon arrival, the coat had its label tags removed, leaving no product identification. There was also no material label, and the coat is clearly not made from wool but rather from cheap spun polyester that feels like felt. The quality is poor and construction is terrible. This service feels like just another scam targeting consumers. It's frustrating to think that I have to return the item all the way to its origin instead of a local return option for a full refund.
