There was also no material label, and the coat is clearly not made from wool but rather from cheap spun polyester that feels like felt. The quality is poor and construction is terrible. This service feels like just another scam targeting consumers. It's frustrating to think that I have to return the item all the way to its origin instead of a local return option for a full refund.

This company deserves no stars. They are mishandling customer payments. I demand a full refund. Complete scam
