The customer support is absolutely horrendous. Don't waste your time with such a poorly managed company. They will completely ignore your inquiries, provide false information about stock, and leave you in the dark regarding basic support requests like “where is my order??” It's a terrible company. Stick with reputable companies. They are overpriced and underperforming. They seem to be trying to profit off customers who overpay. The beds and the companies selling them should provide support for the mattress's entire lifespan; why risk overpaying for a company that is clearly struggling? Listening to the misleading claims about purchasing from these people was my biggest mistake. I wasted $5k and a month of my time trying to get a bed. What a joke. I'm now working on returning it and am bracing myself for how frustrating that process will be.
