I had a nightmare experience with my organic mattress order. The tracking was awful, and I was unable to get any updates or schedule anything. The tracker kept indicating 'business closed' for my delivery. When I finally reached out, I found out it was damaged, and they were sending a new one. The delivery was late, and when it arrived, the delivery person left my mattress on the driveway without any notice. I'm a small female living with an elderly person, and I couldn't move it inside. I was so frustrated and stressed about my expensive purchase being treated like garbage. I would not recommend this company based on their delivery service alone. They need to improve their delivery providers.
