I purchased a twin XL organic hybrid mattress that arrived in a damaged box. There was no product information included. I was promised a bonus sheet set but instead received a low-quality pillow. The mattress didn't expand properly due to being compressed for too long. When I contacted customer service for a return, I was told I had to try it for 30 days first, which was ridiculous given its condition. After much back and forth, I threatened to dispute the charge, and eventually, they agreed to a refund. They took way too long to arrange a pickup, and the entire experience was unacceptable. This company is a nightmare and completely untrustworthy.
