Delivered Sept 17 2021. In January 2022 I emailed that the bed was very uncomfortable and was sloped to each side from the middle. We are sleeping on an incline. No reply was ever sent back to my inquiry. So i missed my 120 night guarantee. We are still on a very uncomfortable mattress with back pain every morning. My sister also bought one but returned it shortly after receiving, side walls are so weak she fell out of bed.Absent customer service and poor quality product.
