My order arrived without the tweezers I paid for. Furthermore, I can't recommend the mystery box since more than half of the lashes were duplicates and unsuitable. It's puzzling why they ask for "the styles you wish" if they are entirely ignored. I requested only brown lashes (which are subtle and understated), yet not a single pair was included... instead, I received mostly VERY thick black lashes, plus two sets in red and blue? This is completely contrary to my request.
