I'm puzzled as to why they ask for "the styles you wish" if they are completely ignored. I specifically requested all brown lashes (which are subtle and understated), yet not a single pair was included... instead, over half of what I received are VERY thick black lashes, along with two sets in red and blue? This is the complete opposite of my request.
