TLDR; very poor/rude customer service, leaves you to manage delivery issues on your own, expensive product. They never delivered my product and are refusing me a refund. I shared evidence the delivery person hasn’t delivered the package while their system marks it as delivered. The seller leaves you to handle any issues with delivery rather than being helpful and responsible for it. I wouldn’t recommend the company at all!Edit: I finally got the seller to be open to providing the refund but only after calling out the seller for not taking my evidence for not receiving the product into account and mentioning I'd document my experience on social media. Sad I had to go through so much before I could get what I needed from the seller!Second edit: So they shifted their wording around the refund and mentioned they would only refund the shipping fee. I performed a chargeback with my bank prior to the seller agreeing to a refund because they were originally unwilling. I was going to cancel the chargeback but they backed down and mentioned they want to only refund the shipping fee. I'm not going through the trouble of calling my bank since I don't trust they'll actually refund me.
