My order was missing the tweezers I paid for. Additionally, I can't recommend the mystery box since more than half of the lashes I received were duplicates and unsuitable. I'm puzzled as to why they ask for "the styles you wish" if they are completely ignored. I specifically requested all brown lashes (which are subtle and understated), yet not a single pair was included... instead, over half of what I received are VERY thick black lashes, along with two sets in red and blue? This is the complete opposite of my request.
