I sent them a bag to sell, their policy states when your item is sold there is a 10 working day cooling of period before they contact to get your bank details from you. A month went by after it was sold and I did not hear nothing from them, so I contacted them and they said they had sent an email. They asked bank details which I gave straight away after receiving the link and was told it could take up to 30 days for payment.Surprised, surprised. That time has passed and I still haven't received my money, thieves. Do not sell your items via this website, untrustworthy.
