Great Service

So happy that Kunal Munshaw came to visit me when I was just looking into changing my merchant services provider. The change over was really easy and Kunal kept me updated on the whole process, and also sent me reminders of when to return my old terminal and how to cancel my agreement with my previous provider.It is fantastic to have someone local to me that I can deal with in person and not some anonymous person on the end of the phone. And the terminal I have is fantastic - it connects anywhere and I have taken it to markets and fairs with no issues at all. Great service all round.

No hidden fees it says, they entered me into an agreement with Merchant Rentals without telling me.I shut my business down, cancelled with Handepay, but wasn’t told about Merchant Rentals, who are now bombarding me with emails and letters.Have tried to get help from Handepay but they are not interested, have now received some positive assistance from Handepay, thank you
