I purchased tickets to the Glendale Supercross and there was a large piece of stadium equipment blocking our view. The equipment was not being used and should not have been there blocking our view. There is no one to contact at Seat Geek to resolve this for me and all I get is lame auto responses to my emails. This is the worst customer service I have ever recieved. Beware of doing business with Seat Geek, they are only there to take your money.

I had a really disappointing experience with SeatGeek.

I purchased 5 tickets for over $600 and was told (via chat and their FAQ) that tickets would be transferred 24–48 hours before the event. As the concert got closer, I still hadn’t received the transfer and couldn’t get a clear answer from support. With the event approaching and no tickets in hand, I felt forced to purchase a second set to ensure my family wouldn’t miss the concert.

The original tickets were eventually transferred only hours before the event — technically “in time,” but not within the timeframe that was communicated to me. By that point, ticket prices had dropped dramatically (to around $25 each), and because of the late transfer, I wasn’t given a fair opportunity to resell.

I escalated to leadership and was told all sales are final since the tickets were delivered before the event. While I understand marketplace pricing fluctuates, the lack of clarity around delivery timing and the delay in communication left me stuck with two sets of tickets and no meaningful support.

Buyers should be aware that “delivered in time” may not mean what you think it does. I won’t be using SeatGeek again.

This is not a reliable way of getting tickets. I bought tickets for a concert from them several months before the concert. The night of, the tickets still haven't been delivered. I spent about 4 hours total on the phone with 3 different customer service people and messaging their AI Bots, and nobody could tell me where my tickets were. Just an hour and a half before the show, one of the customer service people informed me that the "seller couldn't transfer the tickets" to me. I have no idea who the "sellers" they're using are if they're not the venue and they're not connected to the artist...basically, they confirmed that it wasn't a technology issue. There were just "tickets" I'd been sold that no longer could be given to me by the time the concert came around. I kept asking what the issue was in that case: Had they sold me tickets that don't exist? How does this happen? Would they have ever told me about it if I didn't spend hours of my day calling? I'd bought the tickets very far in advance as a gift for a mega-fan of the artist. If you want to go to an event instead of spending the evening crying and apologizing to someone who'd prepared for months for an event, pick another ticket vendor. If you want disappointment and a refund, pick Seat Geek, but you might as well just keep your money in the first place.

I am very frustrated and disappointed with my recent experience using SeatGeek and tickets that were never delivered.

When I attempted to select “Accept My Tickets,” I received an error message that provided no information or guidance. Despite multiple attempts, my tickets were never delivered. I did not receive any warning, update, or communication from SeatGeek prior to the event indicating there was an issue.

Because we had already driven over 2+ hours to the venue and paid for parking, I was forced to spend additional money to purchase tickets at the door in order to attend the event. This situation was extremely stressful.

I contacted the customer service line, provided all requested information, and was told I would receive follow-up communication regarding a refund. As of now, I have received NO update, resolution, or explanation - just out $200+!

This experience has left me feeling extremely frustrated and taken advantage of. The tickets that were never delivered, as SeatGeek did not fulfill its service obligation. BEWARE - DO NOT USE SEATGEEK!

Completely dissatisfied with the service!

I had a terrible experience purchasing tickets for a basketball game. It took almost a month for me to receive an email with a link to download the tickets. However, when I clicked the link, it didn’t lead me to the tickets. I tried multiple times on both my phone and computer, but I was unable to access them. I sought help on their website and attempted to use the AI chat feature, but it didn’t resolve my issue. Since there is no customer service phone number available, I sent an email to their support team. I received NO RESPONSE. Over the next few days, I sent two additional emails, but still NO RESPONSE. I lost $232.50, didn’t receive my tickets, missed the event, and they ignored all my attempts to contact them. They clearly do not value their customers. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN AND I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU AVOID THEM!

Horrid. Will avoid at all costs forevermore.

Horrid. They dumped me to TicketMaster which created access issues and it's proving impossible to get any help. Even is tonight and may not even be able to go. Worst customer experience in a while. Will avoid at all costs in the future.

Support is one big joke

Support is one big joke. I have problems login into my account as they add extra security to login. I 4 times explained to them that I have lost access to that mail and no sms comes to the phone. They reaction time to respond to my issue was and is 2 weeks, but at the end they say something totally useless. So minus my tickets and money , Thank you and never again
