EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING TRYING TO CONTACT ANYONE TO RESOLVE PROBLEMS. CHARGED APPROXIMATELY AN EXTRA £25.00 IN PHONE CALLS TO UPDATE CARD PROCESSING MACHINE EACH MONTH. APARENTLY HANDEPAY WERE UNABLE TO CONNECT, BUT NO ONE ELSE HAS A PROBLEM CONTACTING US! AFTER MANY MONTHS REQUESTING HANDEPAY SORT OUT THIS PROBLEM, WE HAVE GIVEN UP AND HAVE SOURCED AN ALTERNATIVE SUPPLIER.HUGE MONTHLY PHONE BILLS TO UPDATE OUR CARD MACHINE, PROBLEM UNRESOLVED. NO BACK-UP HELP FROM HANDEPAY, NOT THEIR PROBLEM!! HAVE OBVIOUSLY DECIDED TO LEAVE AND HAVE A NEW, HOPEFULLY MORE HELPFUL SUPPLIER.TO CONNECT, BUT NO ONE ELSE HAD A PROBLEM AND AFTER MANY MONTHS OF TRYING, WE HAVE GIVEN UP GETTING A RESOLUTION AND HAVE FOUND AN ALTERNATIVE.
