Like a lot of people I couldn’t face the hassle of changing our card machine company who were constantly sneaking up their prices. Eventually I did something about it and spoke to a lady at Handepay called Lisa Armstrong. It was brilliant to speak to Lisa, she was so helpful and took every bit of stress out of the changeover. She arranged a far better deal for us than we had previously, the machine itself is modern and works really well, also accessing your account portal is easy. Lisa couldn’t have been more helpful so I would highly recommend you speak to her.
I had the pleasure of dealing with JULIA FORSTER who has been with me every step of the way whilst signing up to Handepay. Nothing has been too much trouble and Julia has gone that extra mile to ensure that I had a trouble free installation, she even came to my studio to help me set up my machine. I am delighted. Although this is a little more expensive than my previous machine it can do so much more. I can now take payments over the phone and online and can easily send a payment link to clients, on Whatsapp or via email. The charges are cheaper per transaction and I have an initial 3 months free so that's a bonus. I can't recommend Julia enough. She will go that extra mile to ensure your transition is smooth and stress free. I am delighted to be able to view my transactions on an app and print of a receipt for a client that I wasn't able to do before. It's also encouraging that we have a great customer support service, should we encounter any problems. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Excellent service from Toby Merigan. Very helpful and friendly. I have tried a couple of times to change from Worldpay with so many problems i vowed never to try again until Toby appeared, so glad he did Handepay was definitely worth changing to.
