We needed a new card machine and Handepay gave me great rates and made the transition of a new card machine a very easy process. Kevin Podesta helped me thru every step of the way. He called me everyday with upto date steps on what was going on. It was never hard to get thru to him and was there when I needed questions answered or help with the paperwork. We have had our new terminal now for 2 weeks and it’s working lovely. Thanks for all your help Kevin.

Currently disappointed. Both App and portal don’t give live updates on payments so really tricky to track.Apparently this will become better and the team have been good getting in touch but I’m pretty annoyed and thinking about finding another option if no change in a few months.
