A great company to deal with - no appointment with a rep necessary, no long sales chat on the phone, I just emailed my current rates over and they came back promptly with the savings that we could make (40% for our business!). Also, there's no lengthy contract, just a rolling month so it's a win win all round. As if that wasn't enough, we also have our own allocated account contact - a real human bean that I can get straight through to ... no more stressy headaches when our terminal decides to have a funny five - with Handepay I now have a contact number in my mobile ready for any such events which personally I think is worth it's wait in gold.
