Website is buggy and although I've payed 2 subscriptions it still asks me to pay more. Can't have an updates schufa without payijg more. Doesn't offer English language. Navigatioj in the main sections is very confusing. They can't quit your contract unless every 6 or 12 months, so you will end up paying so so much. It's a waste of money and time. I didn't find my house here, by the way. It's only of for very short rentals or super expensive occasions.
I'm unable to contact a second apartment owner because the platform requires additional payment for that feature. It makes no sense to restrict access like this. How unhelpful can a service be? I appreciate nothing from this experience.

This company will scam you. They took €300 from me. I had a three-month subscription and was unaware I needed to cancel it afterward. Meanwhile, I registered for a different service that also signed me up for a free trial I didn't cancel. This led to two subscriptions I didn't knowingly have, and since my payment card was no longer valid, I received debt collection notices. This company exploits individuals new to the area. Avoid them!
