Moved to this company because the shiny suited salesman promised savings. I have had problems with the terminals for two years now. Their customer service is very poor and they pretend to be three different companies so they just blame each other and do nothing to help. The shiny suited salesman no longer answers his phone and doesn’t respond to messages. Also, he signed me up to a 48 month contract despite me telling him I didn’t want such a long commitment, they won’t acknowledge this and said I would have to pay for 48 months to leave. Also having been closed for 24 months due to Covid they refused to halt the terminal rental fee either whole or in part. Steer clear, you will live to regret it.
