not very customer focused

not very customer focused, their on par with dealing with a utility or phone company, all they are concerned about is that they have you tied into a contract, even if their service is poor.when my unit went down last month, I couldn't get hold of anybody, a small businesses like mine, relies on the card machine working, or getting the service back in place ASAP. when I finally got through approx 2 hours later, the response was you were not the only one, about 20,000 user had no service.
