The Business Development Manager we dealt with (Deap) explained everything in great detail and dealt with the set up extremely quickly and efficiently. The equipment arrived within a few days and he visited almost straight away to help with the set up. Payments are made next day as promised and is so far saving us money in reduced fees. Would highly recommend

READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!Presented with the usual "save more than half of your bill" sales pitch, promised it'd be a rolling one month contract, no hidden surprises etc etc.Asked for a copy of the Terms and conditions, read them. Alarm bells ringing already:"At the end of the Minimum Period this Agreement will automatically run on, save that;(i) you may end this Agreement on the date of expiry of the Minimum Period provided you give to us at least three months priornotice in writing;(ii) if you do not give us notice as required by (i) above the hiring under this Agreement will continue for successive terms oftwelve months (each an “Extension Period”) unless or until either you or we give to the other at least three months prior notice inwriting to take effect at the end of any Extension Period."Called the rep, he explained these were their t's and c's from four months ago, apologised and promised a new set. The new set received were exactly the same.Respectfully walked away at this point.All i say to you folks is PLEASE for your own sake, READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS! And if something feels off, then walk away!***UPDATE*****Further to Handepay's answer below, i have NOT recevied any updated information, nor have i received a request for any information to sort this out.****2nd Update****I've had nothing through Trustpilot either. At this point i have given handepay more than enough opportunities to clarify which they haven't done. I was told yesterday exactly what the below response says: I was sent the wrong T&C's, yet the "Correct" set were the exact same. I've made my point clear and i won't be providing Handepay any further info. As i said, if it doesn't feel right then Walk away. I just hope others take notice and read the small print/terms and conditions first!
