This is the worst company you can deal with.Never get in to contact with these horrible people. Their salesman tell you a load of lies and tie you into contacts that you cannot get out of . I was told minimum contact is only 1 1/2 years but find out it was for 2 years but when you try to cancel at the end of 2 years are you automatically get into another 1 year (Not less ) contact so I end up with having 3 years paying them for something I was not using and the worse thing is I went to cancel 2 months before the contract end date now they are saying I have to give them notice 3 months before the end of the contract. YOu can see how terrible these people are , they basically see this machine / and service was never used. This is how they make money. This is against trading standards getting ppl into automatic renewals for 1-year contacts. No not recommend them and their Merchant Rentals other company (Working in the same building acting like they are 2 different but same ppl robbing business )
Had a telephone call this morning from Zandra to get signed up for a virtual payment terminal..... we had spoken previously so this was to complete the formalities. Very easy and straight forward, everything was explained to me in language that was easy to understand. Extremely happy with the process.
