Disgusted with this company. I joined at the beginning of October and it’s now FEBRUARY and you STILL have NOT paid my existing agreements out, that I was promised would be paid out if I joined Handepay. Sales rep continually fobs me off so I’ll be cancelling all my agreements with Handepay tomorrow
Anthony came in and explained in detail how handepay is the way forward.Patiently listened to my concerns and answered all my questions.I now have learned so much about how card terminals work and the other charges that are charged by other companies that are not highlighted in the beginning.Anthony seemed more knowledgeable in how the process works than all the other salesman who approached me combined.
Superb service from an advisor in the UK which is very important to me, not a foreign call centre.I was given a direct email and phone number where I was told I could contact themI have contacted them with queries and have had excellent service every time. I have left my last terminal provider and one of the main reasons was it could take me weeks to get anything sorted if it was sorted at all.Would reccomend Handpay services highly.
