A complete failure. This review comes after six months. From the beginning, it has been a disaster. The area was carefully measured and marked, but there were numerous issues. Different individuals from various companies arrived for different tasks, leading to delays and poor final installation, including carpet damage. I was left to resolve issues myself, and an engineer eventually stated that the entire phone needed replacement. The carpet remains improperly fixed. Just one of many problems. Now the alarm has malfunctioned, and getting an engineer out is challenging at this time of year. I cannot recount all the calls and emails regarding this installation. This is not what I expected in a difficult situation, and I would not recommend it.
