2½/5 Had 2 chairs fitted.First one all went well. Second one the guy installing it was oddly hostile and aggressive for some reason and seemed to be trying to intimidate. Also the location of the chair on the stairs is dangerous as far as I'm concerned. The machines themselves seem high quality (made in Holland) but the people working here in the UK in my opinion are letting the company down.
