Despite the verbal and written assurances we received regarding buy back and removal at no cost, arranging for the service to even contact us has proven impossible. For five weeks, there has been no return call or email response, jeopardizing my Mum's property sale, and they seem indifferent. They merely state that someone will reach out but provide no phone number or direct email for the necessary team. This is an appalling way to treat customers and their families when they rely on them to uphold their commitments. I am truly appalled by their service. Now, we are facing the burden of paying for the equipment removal during an already incredibly costly and stressful period.
