I was expected to state the exact cause of failure, but no authorisation was given for a strip-down inspection, and I was not even asked to obtain a quote for one — which makes it unreasonable to expect a definitive diagnosis. Communication has been unclear and unhelpful, giving the impression that my documentation was not properly reviewed before the rejection was upheld.
