I submitted my claim within the required 30-day timeframe and provided all requested information, yet it was declined without clearly explaining what was missing. I was expected to state the exact cause of failure, but no authorisation was given for a strip-down inspection, and I was not even asked to obtain a quote for one — which makes it unreasonable to expect a definitive diagnosis. Communication has been unclear and unhelpful, giving the impression that my documentation was not properly reviewed before the rejection was upheld. Overall, the process feels unfair and poorly handled
