Having been a loyal UB customer for 4 years, after being referred I decided to try this store. I was skeptical at first, but Lauren did a good job in alleviating some of my concerns. I was quoted my bag would take 20 to 25 days to be made, but it ended up being almost 5 weeks. Besides that, I'm so pleased with everything. The quality is the best I've ever seen in an H rep. The packaging seems to be the exact same as from H and the twilly was a nice unexpected touch. The customer care from Lauren was nothing short of excellent. All in all, I have to give them 5 stars despite the delay making my bag.
