One star because only because I got a bag. Quality is far from what they claim and most of the reviews on here are fake. Bag is not handmade, leather is domestic (not imported) and feels cheap. Hardware also super cheap. Excellent customer service tricked me into believing the bag I would get would also be of high quality but no. Bag should be less than half the price they charge.
