Last year, I purchased a nice jacket for my husband, but within a year, the stuffing in the arms started to come out. This year, I ordered a fleece in a large size (he usually wears medium, but I wanted it to be cozy), but it turned out to be very small! After paying £4.25 to return it, I later found the same product much cheaper elsewhere. I have sent the fleece back for a refund with all order details included, along with proof of shipping. Let's see if the refund comes through.
