Review Time
Order 3 item 2 weeks ago for a special occasion. Turned up 2 days before occasion, 1 item was a top which was disgusting totally see through and wasn't cheap. Ive brought £1.60 top from primark thats better quality and not see through. Item 2 was a jacket in black they sent a blue/white. When emailing the company as there is no contact number they emailed back stating there will be no returns label for the items, photos were provided to the company. This company are rude and would avoid at all costs. You will find the same items on ebay for cheaper. I'd rather stick with primark clothes than handsome dans in future.
P.s 1* review is being genius as i would give 0 star for this company.

My first order was 5stars delivery,fit quality..My 2nd order was a jacket 4xl....more like 2xl when it arrived..thin cheap and typical Chinese "quality",logos embroidered where they're not needed,zips to non existent pockets and overall cheap feel.not bothering to spend a fiver for a refund that might not appear,now in bin,gone,finished.Just got a lasting bad taste of being ripped off..I have sent a message to their site but do I really expect a reply??
Last order I'll make from this site,if I'd known it was a Chinese Company I wouldn't wasted my money in the first place!!!
It's unfortunate, as I had high expectations for this service. However, it feels like just another third-party vendor offering inexpensive clothing. The quality is better than some options, but still not worth the price. I purchased gifts for the holidays and was left embarrassed. The delivery took much longer than the promised five days, leaving me no time to find replacements. While the hoodies fit the body, the hoods were oddly sized and didn't fit properly. At a price of 10 euros, they might have been acceptable, but not at this cost.
Like many others, I was misled by a well-designed website and promised quick delivery from the UK. When my items didn't arrive and I grew worried about receiving them in time for Christmas, I reached out via email. The response I received was surprisingly aggressive and accusatory, placing the blame on me for not checking the obscure terms and conditions that indicated items shipped from China and would take a long time. In all my interactions with customer service, I have never encountered such a unpleasant team. They made me feel terrible for simply inquiring, especially since they had initially ignored my concerns. The items eventually showed up just before Christmas, after I had to buy duplicates from other sources! Additionally, a pair of jogging bottoms started to pill after just one wash, reflecting poor quality. Very disappointing.
AVOID THIS DISHONEST SELLER! I purchased a winter coat and it's freezing outside! They keep sending me emails with tracking information, but the coat is still in China! Their website appears to be from a local company, but they are just a low-cost factory in China. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!
I bought a new coat and the zip broke within 20 minutes of wearing it. While I can't fault the customer service for sending a replacement, that one also failed after just a day or two. The coat seems to be of decent quality and is warm, but the zips are terrible. I cannot recommend this service. I will reach out to customer support again, as the quality of the zips is unacceptable. Even slight pressure causes them to fail!
I placed an order weeks ago, but the tracking shows it has been in 'awaiting' status for 9 days. I can't find a way to request a refund. The chat support claims it's still awaiting shipping and should arrive in 10 days, but after waiting 9 days, I'm losing confidence. I suggest avoiding this service.
Last year, I purchased a nice jacket for my husband, but within a year, the stuffing in the arms started to come out. This year, I ordered a fleece in a large size (he usually wears medium, but I wanted it to be cozy), but it turned out to be very small! After paying £4.25 to return it, I later found the same product much cheaper elsewhere. I have sent the fleece back for a refund with all order details included, along with proof of shipping. Let's see if the refund comes through.
