I placed an order weeks ago, but the tracking shows it has been in 'awaiting' status for 9 days. I can't find a way to request a refund. The chat support claims it's still awaiting shipping and should arrive in 10 days, but after waiting 9 days, I'm losing confidence. I suggest avoiding this service.

Companies House - We have not went into administration. The company changed hands in 2021. As did the registration. Business is as normal
