Like many others, I was misled by a well-designed website and promised quick delivery from the UK. When my items didn't arrive and I grew worried about receiving them in time for Christmas, I reached out via email. The response I received was surprisingly aggressive and accusatory, placing the blame on me for not checking the obscure terms and conditions that indicated items shipped from China and would take a long time. In all my interactions with customer service, I have never encountered such a unpleasant team. They made me feel terrible for simply inquiring, especially since they had initially ignored my concerns. The items eventually showed up just before Christmas, after I had to buy duplicates from other sources! Additionally, a pair of jogging bottoms started to pill after just one wash, reflecting poor quality. Very disappointing.

Companies House - We have not went into administration. The company changed hands in 2021. As did the registration. Business is as normal
