I paid a significant amount for flowers as an early Christmas gift, meant to be delivered on December 9th. It’s now the 18th, and nothing has arrived. I haven’t been offered replacements or a refund. When I complained, I received a photo of the wrong address and a delivery note stating my father signed for the flowers, which he did not. Now, they seem to have ghosted me, and I can't contact them by phone. This has turned a kind gesture into a frustrating experience.
