Absolutely scam!
I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I ordered a £90 flower spray for a funeral. What I received was only a lousy wrapping of a few of roses with some random dried out greens, even worse than what I can get in supermarket in £10! Absolutely not able to deliver anything like the pictures in their website.
I ordered a large bouquet of pink lilies, but the delivery was entirely different. I contacted support multiple times, but they were not helpful. Overall, this was a major disappointment, and I cannot recommend this service.
I was looking for a local florist and ended up with this service. I ordered a beautiful bunch of flowers for same-day delivery three days ago, but nothing arrived! I've left messages and a voice note since their phone line doesn’t work. I regret not checking reviews first. Stay away!
I paid a significant amount for flowers as an early Christmas gift, meant to be delivered on December 9th. It’s now the 18th, and nothing has arrived. I haven’t been offered replacements or a refund. When I complained, I received a photo of the wrong address and a delivery note stating my father signed for the flowers, which he did not. Now, they seem to have ghosted me, and I can't contact them by phone. This has turned a kind gesture into a frustrating experience.
Two wreaths ordered for a funeral were not delivered. This was distressing and embarrassing. While the communication after the letdown was professional and apologetic, and they did issue a refund, I wish I had read reviews before placing my order.
The flowers were not delivered as promised. I was told the recipient requested a different delivery location, but she wasn’t even aware they were coming. When she went to the pickup point, the flowers were out back and couldn’t be released without a barcode. We never received the flowers. I wish I had checked reviews before trusting this service.
The flowers delivered were of very low quality, resembling something from a discount store but charged at a premium price. They admitted the flowers were basic and not like the images on their website, yet did nothing to rectify the situation. Avoid this service at all costs.

After reviewing other customers' experiences, I see that my issue is common. This level of service is unacceptable, and I have filed a formal complaint requesting a refund. I urge others to be cautious before ordering.
