I wish I had seen these trust pilot reviews before ordering. Absolutely dreadful quality of product and not a single response to my emails. I believe they are scammers. I paid £110 for the Grande size Glamour Bundle for a friends 60th birthday. And what was delivered was absolutely nothing like the online photo … barely any roses (13 in total … compare to pic online and minimal greenery) and the white ones looked like they were on their last legs, and the most pathetic sliver of a pink ribbon - nothing like what is in their website. Honestly, the £20 bouquets at M&S are better quality and consist of more flowers. I wrote twice and left it three days thinking i would give them time to respond directly before I decided to give an online review, but they’ve ignored my emails. There are literally thousands of florists across London and I buy regularly from different ones but this is absolutely the worst service and quality I have ever seen. The website is completely misleading and is surely false advertising at the extreme. Never use Handy Flowers. Save your time and money.
