Really poor buisness module, called me up on a shoot location to cancel a job because the team dont want to wait around till the agreed collection time. What kind of business runs a model like this because they can't be bothered. Didn't care that I said I would be unrecommending them to all my production clients/contacts. Poor Behaviour and communication.
Easy to communicate initially (especially as I called them on a Saturday at 5pm). I sent pictures and a video of the rubbish and was very explicit of what would need taking.I was given a quote of £100 which I was happy with as they would come the next morning (Sunday) at 10am.I had read the other reviews and knew they would try to increase the cost on the spot, which they did by saying £160. I was very firm and said I would not pay a penny over the agreed amount of £100. After 10 minutes of back and forth, they eventually agreed to £100.It was 10 minutes work for them (7 black bags of carpet and a few bits of wood). I even helped them load their van so it was easy work / money for them.My advice to those using this company - be prepared for an upsell and stick to your guns!
I shopped around before choosing this company. I spoke to Jessie on the phone to get a price for the three items of furniture I wanted removed. The price was confirmed by email. I had read other reviews which said that the price quoted goes up when the workers arrive, so I called back again to make sure that the price quoted was exactly what I would pay with no hidden extras. I was assured by Jessie that the price was correct. Milena and Runen came 30 minutes before the appointed time which was great for me. They were polite and helpful, and moved the items without any damage to walls in my narrow hallway. Milena took photos before and after collecting my items. All in all I was very happy, both with the price quoted and with the service I received from Milena and Rumen. I would use this company again. The price quoted was much better than others I called.
